High-precision Dental CAD Design
Professional CAD services for dentists and dental labs — crowns, veneers, implants, full-arch, delivered as STL ready for milling.
Built by designers.
For designers and labs.
iDentCAD was built by experienced dental CAD designers who spent years working inside dental labs — designing crowns, implant abutments, and full-arch cases daily. We built this studio because we knew exactly what labs needed and what generic outsourcing services consistently failed to deliver.
Today our studio operates as a remote-first design team, handling overflow cases, dedicated design contracts, and specialist workflows for labs and clinics across the US, Australia, Canada, and Southeast Asia. We don't resell — every case is handled in-house by our own certified designers.
We treat every STL file as if we are milling it ourselves — minimal chairside adjustment, documented design decisions, and honest communication when scan quality won't support the requested outcome.
Crown, bridge, veneer & esthetic smile design. Occlusion-validated, milling-ready STL with detailed design notes on every case.
Custom abutment design, multi-unit implant bridges, All-on-X frameworks and surgical guide planning for complex implant cases.
Every file passes contact, occlusion and emergence checks before delivery. Standard 24-hour turnaround, rush lane available.
What Labs & Dentists Say
Trusted by dental professionals across the US, Australia, Canada and Europe.
“Exceptional margin fit. Our rejection rate dropped significantly after switching to iDentCAD. The design notes are detailed and the turnaround is genuinely under 24 hours.”
“We outsource all our full-arch and implant abutment designs to iDentCAD. The quality is consistent, communication is great and pricing is very competitive for Australian labs.”
“Fast, accurate, easy to work with. We send scan files late afternoon and have clean STLs by morning. Great for overflow cases when our in-house team is at capacity.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before sending your first case.
We accept STL and PLY intraoral scans — upper, lower, prep, and opposing arches. For implant planning, DICOM/CBCT data can also be provided.
Deliverables are clean, validated STL files with detailed design notes (contacts, occlusion, emergence).
Standard cases (single crown, bridge, abutment) are delivered within <24 hours of confirmed receipt. Rush lane (<12h) is available as an add-on.
Complex full-arch or multi-implant cases may require 24–48h. We communicate expected timelines upfront.
1–2 minor revisions are included within 7 days of delivery — covering contact adjustments, occlusion refinement, and minor morphology changes.
Changes in prep/margin definition, esthetic scope expansions, or major redesigns may be treated as new cases.
Our primary workflow is built on Exocad (DentalCAD) for restorative, implant, and smile design cases. We also use 3Shape for cross-verification and articulation checks.
We support all major implant systems and libraries. Please provide your implant system name, platform size, and scan body reference when submitting.
Pricing is per-unit and complexity-based — no subscription required to start:
- $5 Standard crown / inlay / onlay
- $6–20 Implant abutment / veneer / Zirconia
- $50–70 Full arch / complex case
Volume bundles and monthly subscription agreements available. See full pricing →
All scan data is handled securely and never shared with third parties. Encrypted delivery packages (ZIP with password) are available on request.
Case files are retained for a limited period for revision purposes only, then securely deleted.
Absolutely. We offer a 15% discount on your first test case — no commitment required. Simply upload your scan and case notes via our portal.
Most new clients start with 1–2 standard crown cases to evaluate quality before scaling up.
