How do I send my scan files?
Use our Upload STL page to submit cases directly. We accept STL, PLY and DICOM. You can also attach files via email or send a WeTransfer/Google Drive link.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Standard cases (single crown, bridge, abutment) are delivered within 24 hours of confirmed receipt. Rush lane (<12h) is available for an add-on fee. Complex full-arch may take 24–48h.
Which implant systems do you support?
We support Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer, MIS, Astra, Dentsply and more. Please provide the implant system name, platform size, and scan body reference when submitting your case.
How does the revision policy work?
1–2 minor revisions (contacts, occlusion, minor morphology) are included within 7 days of delivery. Major scope changes may require a new quote.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes — labs and clinics sending 20+ units/month receive custom pricing tiers and priority handling. Contact us to discuss a subscription bundle tailored to your volume.
Is case data kept confidential?
All scan data is handled securely and never shared with third parties. Encrypted delivery packages are available on request. Case files are retained for a limited period for revision purposes only.
